You can't ban people from viewing a trial simply because you don't like them.  If so, no victim's relatives would be allowed in by defendants.  Christine would be allowed to come in and sit wherever just because it's still a free country.  (Although, bit by bit, the Patriot Act is whittling away at it - sorry, my opinion.)

And my second question is this:  If this is such a great conspiracy - after all, they've no evidence of it after 30 years (Nixon should have hired the Bragg brigade to burglarize the Watergate!) - why bother with a change of venue?  ANY federal court anywhere in the country is going to come to the same conclusion.

But since the new trial isn't going to happen, this is all an exercise in wishful thinking on the part of you, the inmate & his current spouse.  Sorry to break that bubble for ya.
